Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

Shipping Cost: £3.99 (Free on orders over £30)

🇪🇺 Europe

Delivery Time: 7-10 business days

Shipping Cost: £8.99

International tracked delivery

🌍 Rest of World

Delivery Time: 10-21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Custom Orders: Custom 3D printed items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days). You'll be notified of the expected dispatch date when you place your order.

Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order 24/7 using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.

Customs Documentation

We complete all necessary customs documentation and declare the full value of your order. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue packages.

Delivery Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. While we can't control customs clearance times, we're here to help if you have concerns about your order.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gs3ds.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver your package (e.g., no one home), they'll leave a card with collection instructions. Packages are typically held for 7-14 days before being returned to us. Please arrange redelivery or collection promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (UK only - we can ship to PO Boxes internationally)
  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
