At GS3Ds, we stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Full refund for items returned in original condition

Return Conditions

Items Must Be:

  • • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • • Custom-made or personalized products
  • • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • • Products damaged due to misuse
  • • Items without original packaging (where required)

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at returns@gs3ds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid return label we provide (UK only) or ship to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service for international returns.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition. We'll contact you before processing any partial refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is free within the UK.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different color, size, or variant. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at returns@gs3ds.co.uk
  2. Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead
  3. We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
  4. Ship the original item back to us
  5. We'll send your replacement item once we receive the return

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or suggest an alternative.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@gs3ds.co.uk
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the defective item unless requested

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
